pcm9x to pcm9xII conversion????

just wondering if anyone knows if we can buy the conversion kit to change the pcm9x to the 9xII? i know they exist but is it possible to buy them anywhere?

The conversion kits have not arrived as yet. We have been told that we are getting some but when is as yet unknown. Details will be posted on the website and also the LHS's will be advised.
