Default DSC question

Hi Danny when using a DSC cord does it have to be plugged into the switch harnes or can it be plugged directly into a spare servo port with an adaptor cable

The DSC signal MUST be fed into the Power connector on the receiver. The signal pin ( orange ) feeds into the receivers decoder ( it can also be used to monitor the received signal ). The easiest way is therefore via the switch harness ( 3 wire system only ! )
