RE: 8103/3810 mode change?
IF its the 3810ADT version then it is a back to workshop conversion. If its the standard 3810, then its in the menu system.
The reason why the ADT has to go back to workshop is that the analogue trim on the throttle has to be moved over, inverted and rewired. The dig trim also has to be moved and inverted and rewired, strapping has to be done on the processor pcb, the system reset and calibrated so that the system picks up the new mode settings.
MacGregor Industries does this mode change for this neck of the woods.
