Default 610ul vs r770s pcm receiver

Just bought a new 2 meter sailplane & will use my 9303 tx. But wondering if the 610ul receiver will have enough range? If not I'll get another r 770.
Thanx
Greg

All JR receivers are full range receivers.

Some customers do use the 610 in sailplane applications, however if you are flying at long distances, or if you are in a noisy environment the 770 will outperform the 610 for range. Personally I would say if you are not flying at exteme distances from yourself the 610 would likely work just fine, otherwise I would stick with the 770.
