Default 6 Volts

I am moving up to larger aircraft and use all JR equipment in the planes. Are there any JR servos that won't work with a 6V battery? I plan on using a voltage regulator inline. Also, since I use the G460T gyro on several planes, are those compatable with 6V? Same with the receivers - use mostly the 649 PCM and R700 FM. Thanks for your help.

Right off hand, I can't think of any JR servos that you can't use on a 6 volt system. The regulator can be a good thing since it keeps your servo power more constant. The gyros themselves are fine with 6 volts, but the increase in voltage combined with working hard with a gyro can cause servo problems. Most of the time this isn't a problem, but high gains with fast hard working servos with 6 volts can cause issues. The receivers are fine with 6 volt systems, with or without a regulator.
