I bought the new Sport JR 125 servos (great price for a servo) to use with my Futaba radio equipment. Is this a No No. I'm get glitches and it's like the expo is not even working, every move is jerky, just shakes my plane, my little girl thanks it's funny to watch it jerk but I dont.
Anyone had a problem mixing like this?

Things I've tried
1. took all equipment out of plane and placed on table
2. tried 6v and 4.8v
3. tried one servo at a time- less jerking but still not smooth and some twitching
4. removed servo extension and plugged straight into receiver

The servos should work fine with the Futaba system, but you might check with Futaba to be sure that the receiver you are using is capable of handling high performance servos with higher feedback to the receiver such as digital servos. The 125 is not a digital servo, but it is a high perfomance servo that can behave similar to a digital servo, and some older design receivers can not handle those types of servos. Do you have another servo you can use to check to be sure the system is operating correctly? If it is, can you explain what the servos are doing? Are they jittering, i.e. moving back and forth each direction, and if so can you lightly touch the arm or control surface and they stop?

I took the servos and all my radio equipment to my LHS and they observed the problem and said something similar about my radio. We tried another brand of servos and the problems stopped. That is a good price for that servo, wish it had work with my radio.
