Default How Do I set Up My PCM9 for Ailevator?

Hello JR,

I am trying to set up F15 Elevator servos,(Servo for each elevator), i do not really want to use a Y lead so have been told the best way to do this is to use the Ailevator function.

The F15 also has flaps and ailerons and rudders. i want to keep as many auxiliary channels free as poss, as I will also have retracts, gear doors, steerable nose wheel etc.

So my question is how? which channels do i need to connect the two elevator and aileron servos to??

many Thanks

Peter G

Do you have the old PCM 9 system or newer 9X or 9XII?

To set up dual elevator, first go to device select and inhibit the aux channel you wish to use as the second channel (only limiitation is that it can't be channel 9), then go to wing type and activate dual elevator. If you wish to use the elevators as ailerons in addition to the other functions mentioned, set up a program mix, mixing aileron to AILV, set a switch if desired and set the rates as needed.
