Default 10x battery case part # / discharge ?

Is it possible to just purchase the black plastic case for the 10x battery? If so, how and where?

I need the case but want to put a different battery in it.

Can the 10X battery be cycled while in the TX?
If so, what discharge rate would you recommend?

Is there a fuse in the TX as well as the battery case?

Thanks

The battery and the battery board are parts that are available through our service center only, which you can get by calling our product support department at 877-504-0233, and we should be able to get you provided we have enough stock of them. I see that we are out of the boards right at the moment. The battery can be cycled. It does have a fuse on the board that is in the battery pack, it is a soldered in fuse. There is also a fuse in the transmitter itself.

It has 6 pins that the battery pack slides onto. I don't have a pic available to post. We can take it off, we can make it smoother, or we can put a cantilever and spring on it to put pressure on it without a ratchet.

Thanks.
Do you have a name for this six pin connector. Does the battery have a short wire lead off of it that then connects to this 6 pin connector on the battery board?

Great, sometime I will have that done.

There is not a name for it. The battery does not have a wire outside of the pack itself. The pins actually are accepted by the board that is in the battery pack.

Within the black case, how does the battery connect to the silicon board?
Something must be attached to the battery to get a connection between it and the board, that is what I want to know.

I don't think I was doing a good job at explaining myself.

Thanks

OK, great, are those wires soldered to the board or have some kind of connector?

Thanks

They are soldered to the board, and the board is held in the battery case.
