Danny, I am setting up my 10x with the flaperon wing setting. the lever on the left of the tx operates the flaps, but they go the wrong way. The travel of the ailerons however is correct. Also when adjusting travel, when either aileron half goes to the down position it travels a lot less than when it goes to the up position. (note that that is the way the flap lever pushes the flaps.) I know the servos travel the same distance when set to a different channel. Could you please shed some light on this as I would like the ailerons to travel equally in both directions and use the flap lever (those levers are awesome.)

Thanks in advance.

Without changing anything the flap slide switch should move the flaperons both up and down. You can mix this out though, do a mix flap to flap, put the slide switch in the position that they are going up, and make the percentage -100%. This may help the problems you are having getting equal throw up and down as you may have the servos "centered" in the incorrect place and running out of servo travel. If this didn't correct it, it may be a linkage set up issue.

Danny, thanks for the info. I hope I do not confuse with this but here it goes. I do still want to use the lever for flaperons, but I want the surface level when the lever is all the way up, and then flaperons come down as the lever moves down. Will your previous reply accomplish that or is there something else I should do. Thanks.

Yes, doing what I described above, having the slide switch anywhere in the range of center and above the ailerons will be level, and moving the lever center and below will move the flaps down. If you wish to have more of the lever work the flaps down as well, this can be done with a little more mixing.

you could also just turn the switches off. There is no need to do any mixes if you aren't going to use the sliders just INH them and go on.
