Large/Longer JR control Sticks

I have two of the large/longer control sticks offered by JR as a replacement for the stock sticks. What is the procedure to install these sticks on the 8103 and 10x transmitters

Large/Longer JR control Sticks

Remove the set screw, unsrew the original stick, screw on the new stick and insert the set screw.
