783 tune up
I have a Jr783 that I have had for a few years w/ alot of time on it.
somehow I broke the alieron duel rate switch. I need to send it in to get repaired.
I plan on sending it in in about a week, or so. Would you advice to have the battery replaced that stores all the memory. I guess what I am asking do "I need to have it tuned up"
Whats the cost on getting a radio tuned up, and what does it include? How long does it normally take.
Because I am sure I need to have it tuned up.
where do I send my radio.
Thanks,
Micheal

If they get the system here with a module they will check the tuning and output and give it a general check over, including checking the lithium battery. The general costs for this are around $40 to change the lithium battery and a check over, but it could be higher or lower depending on what they need to do. Our turn around times are around 4 days average, some go out quicker. Fill out this sheet when sending in your system. http://www.horizonhobby.com/media/pd...rchecklist.pdf
