Default JR10X & Hitec fm recievers (shift selectable)

Hi Danny,
I am currently flying w/an eclipse and I love it. But I ran out of channels!! I am looking at getting the Jr10x and I have a question. Can I use my hitec rx/servos with the 10x? I have 9 planes and 2 heli's in my "hangar" and it would be very costly to replace all my recievers (supreme & 555) w/ new ones. I have asked this question in 2 different threads in different forums and the best thing people could tell me is go to the field and try a fellow flier's jr w/my hitec stuff, or no reply. But that is not an option for me right now. I wasen't sure if I could or not since the 10x is PCM and my recievers are FM. Is the 10x pcm/fm selectable? Thanks!!!

~Aaron~

The 10X is capable of SPCM, ZPCM, and PPM. If your hitec receivers are made for JR, or are positive shift, they will work. If they are made to work with hitec or futaba they will not work with JR. The servos should work fine. There are some shift selectible receivers out there, if you have them, they will work also, just put them on positive shift. I hope this helps!
