The 550 will work fine with most JR servos, with only the exception of some of the small servos. That combo will work fine, which servo you use depends on how responsive you like your heli, the faster servo you use the better response you will get.

how fast is the 811@how fast is 2700g thanks ray

The 811 is .18 seconds for 60 degrees. The 2700 is .09 seconds for 60 degrees. The 2700 would be the better choice for performance, the 811 would be a good choice for a 30 size heli, but a 60 size would really benifit from a faster/stronger servo.
