Default Timer/Engine kill Switch

Hi there,

I went ahead and purchased the PCM9XII as per my previous thread, Firstly i must say this is an awsome radio, its taking a bit to get used to it but I'm getting there. I do have one problem , which may be solved. It has come to my attention after finding out the hard way that the timer switch is the same as the engine kill switch. the boys had a great laugh with me taxing out my aircraft only to hit the timer to commence my flight and the engine fails........

Surely a radio as sophisticated as this would be able to have both a timer switch and an engine kill switch... am i missing something???

With thanks
Michael

Default RE: Timer/Engine kill Switch

The US 9303 doesn't have a throttle cut function, however on the 9303 you can start the timer by either the snap switch, or the bottom button on the front left side of the radio.
