700 receiver vs 649 PCM receiver
I am a dedicated Jr user. Fly molded F3j sailplanes in competition. Current Jr add indicated that 700 is best rx lab tested to date. How does it compare to my 649 PCM in terms of giving me the maximum protection from all types of interference/ imaging etc. or other related criteria? Tom

Both of the receivers are excellent receivers, the 649 is going to be better at interference rejection etc, just due to being PCM, but overall, they are both very good.

Danny,
What is the big difference between the 649 and the 955 D/C other than one more channel? If we are flying now and have no troubles with the 700, is it worth buying the 955 over the 649?

700 receiver vs 649 PCM receiver
The 649 and 955 are very similar, the 955 is single conversion the same as the 649. The 955 is a slightly newer design, but both receivers have an excellent service record. The 945 is dual conversion 10 channel SPCM. It also has an excellent service record. You are not going to be going wrong with any of these choices.
