Datasafe 2 problem
I have successfully copied Model 1 from my 10x to the pc. All was well until I made some changes to the model and wanted to save again.
Each time I tried I got the error, Unknown transmitter.
Now it won't copy again, what is the problem?
I have version 2.0.5
I did make a copy to model 2 of my setup and successfully copied model 2 to the PC. And now I cannot copy model 2 anymroe because I get the same error as above.

Also, the menu option "Update model parameters" does not work. When I type in the path to my file it says:
"Update file path does not exist at that location"
"Update file path does not exist at that location"

Datasafe 2 problem
This may either be a computer/datasafe issue, or it could be with the transmitter. My guess the problem would be in the computer. I would recommend giving one of our techs a call at 877-504-0233 and see if we can help find the problem.
