Default R790 wont tune to all channels

I have a 9303 w/ synth module and a R790 7ch ScanSelect rx.

I can't tune to CH 11,12,13 or 14 using the R790
The rest seam to be ok but these wont lock in. I've verified that the tx is putting out the signal because I've used other rx's with crystals on ch 12 & 14.
Just bought this from HeliProz about 2 weeks ago. Would not be a big deal but I planned on using ch 12 most of the time.

Any ideas or do I need to just send it in. BTW, what is the turn around for these.

Dave

Default RE: R790 wont tune to all channels

1. JR radios and crystals are only available on channel s 15-60. This is due to the fact that the receivers are single conversion, and the mirror image frequencies of channel s below 15 line up with the upper channel s of the band. So if you were flying on a channel below 15 with a JR system, and someone turned on, on one of the upper channel s, you would get shot down.

This was a quote from Danny a while back. Hope this answers your question. Good luck - Tim

Well Yaaaaah!
I guess I should not only do a search but I should turn my R790 receiver package over and read the following:
Band: 72Mhz (Ch 15 - 60)
Duh

But seriously, this is my first JR....did not have a clue that they started at 15.
Thanks for passing along the info.
