Default 10X Question

He peeps,

i was just wondering, w/the 10x heli model, can I control my planes with it as well. I know that the ACFT version doesn't have mixes that you need for helis, but would all the extra mixes for helis screw me up flyin my planes with it? The radio I have now can control both (Hitec Eclipse),but I have got to get one of the 10x's!! I am just trying to decide if I want to spend the extra money for the heli version because I can always keep the eclipse for helis....THANKS!!!!!!

So am I right that the only difference is certain mixings that are req for heli's? If that is the case I will just get the 10x and use my eclipse for heli's (if I ever get one!).

There are some applications that you may run out of mixes for with the heli 10X in an airplane, but for most planes it would work just fine.

Cool...thanks Danny!! I think I am just going to get the airplane version and call it good. Is it possible that the 10x will come out w/some software that will allow you to switch between heli/airplane mode? That would be nice......

I don't see that becoming an option, but I will pass along the request.
