More Channel Change
Danny, I have an 8103 on ch 27 with a 649 on ch 27. I want to be able to change to ch 29 (trans and rec) to avoid conflicts with others operating on ch 27(but may want to change back to ch27 when the guy with ch 29 shows up!).
I understand that I could purchase another tranmsitter module and crystal on Ch 29, have the new module "tuned" to the new ch 29 and also purchase an ch 29 rec crystal so I can "legally" change between ch 27 and ch 29 at my flying field ( i.e. change the trans module/crystal and rec crystal). Is this do-able? How would I order a tx module tuned to the channel I want?

Yes, you sure can do that. The module part number is JRPTXM29 and the crystal for the receiver would be part number JRPXFR29. That would be all that you need to do that.
