JR x2720 frequency
HI,
I planning to purchase a JR2720 here in Australia and travel to Japan. Can anyone tell me whether I can change the frequency on the radio to that of Japan which is 72Mhz(?).

Simple answer is no.
The firmware would not cater for a completely new band change, neither would the RF stage as the variable divider that generates the RF would not be loaded with the correct divider ratio for the new frequency, nor would the RF PA stage be suitable.
