First inhibit aux 2 in the input select function, then in mix 5 or 6 set up a rudder to aux 2 mix and set the rates to +100% with each direction of rudder. Then in mix 3 or 4, set up an aux 2 to aux 2 mix, assign the mix to the switch of your choice, then set the rate to +124%. Then in mix 3 or 4, set up an aux 2 to rudder mix, assign the mix to the same switch, and set the rate to -62%. The aux 2 to aux 2 mix must be double the value but opposite of the aux 2 to rudder, so you won't be able to get full travel with the "brakes", but will be able to get a little over half travel. If they travel the wrong direction switch the aux 2 to aux 2 mix to -124% and the aux 2 to rudder mix to +62%.
