Default DX7 dual rate anomoly

I have a new Spektrum DX-7 radio with an AR-7000 receiver and 5 8611A servos.

I have selected ELV mixing on Pmix-6 elv->aux2 (INH AUX2 switch) and used Flaperon with 50% expo.
Flaps are n=0, 1=15% and 2=25%.

All of the surfaces are set and matched mechanically, nothing is done with trims or sub-trims.

When I select dual rates on either aileron or elevator, the complement surface moves a minute amount in the opposite direction.

I even went in and applied a click of sub-trim positive and negative on each channel to see if it influenced anything, it did not.

This movement is much less than one click of trim, so I don't know if I will see this in the air.

What do I need to change or adjust to not see any movement during selection of either dual rate switch?

Thanks,

-Richard.

It sounds like the system may need to be recalibrated, to do so you would need to send the system in for service.
