HOW DO I MIX
How do I mix the controls
I have NO rudder on this DELTA
Can ALL three elements go UP at the same time?
&
Can the two RED areas (ELEVONS) act as elevons withyout the use of the elevator?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by them acting as elevons without moving with the elevator? By the looks of the set up it would be best to use a flaperon set up in the TX, and plug the elevator into elevator as normal. Through the flaperon set up you can set the ailerons to move as flaps with the flap switch or other programming.
