I have a couple mixing questions. First, could someone help me, I mean step by step instructions on setting up the mix. I have the smoke pump currently set up on aux 4 using the gear switch to activate it. I want to set it up so under 1/4 throttle the pump is off.

Also, I have read stuff on setting up knife edge mixing, but, still can't seem to get it. Can someone give me a step by step on how to do this. Thanks!

The best way to do this would be to set up the smoke via a gear to aux 2 mix such as program mix 3 (if the gear switch is assigned to the gear channel and you are not using the gear channel for anything else, or only using it for landing gear operation), then set the THRO STK setting on the lower right hand corner to the position where you want it to go on-off. Then set the rates as needed.

I have the smoke setup into aux 4 because my current setup is:
CH
1 throt
2 R ail
3 R elev
4 rudder
gear L elev
aux 1 L ail
aux 2 ignition kill
aux 3 empty
aux 4 smoke
bat battery

In that case your best option is to go to device select and assign the gear switch to aux 4, and then set up an aux 4 to aux 4 program mix, setting the THRO STK as desired as mentioned above, and set the rates as needed.
