Default PCM 9X II - TX Module

Hi,

I have a JR PCM9x II radio with TS-72J Synth. TX Module. I wanted to ask if the Radio is tuned for a specific band, (in this case 72MHz) or it can be changed to 35MHz just by replacing the TX module to something like TS-25J.

Thanks

Effan

All the tuning is within the TS module. So by replacing the TS72 with a TS35J module, you are automatically tuned for the 35MHz band. Tha is also the same for any JR module, be it a crystal type or synth type, so you could go from a J35P to a J40P or TS35J or 72J etc etc....
