Default binding plug part

A small, two part plastic bukle like item comes with the binding plug. What is it for?

What is the part that is attached to the binding plug marked "remove before use" for and why should it be removed?

Default RE: binding plug part

It is a keeper to help prevent loosing the bind plugs, to be connected to a lanyard, neck strap, etc.

Default RE: binding plug part

G'day Mate,
The "remove before use" refers to the binding plug, you should not fly with the binding plug inserted, either in the RX, or in the charge lead from the switch.
