I have heard rumors that JR may make a dedicated upgrade to the 10x to allow for Spektrum. I know it is just a rumor...but any chance. There are a lot of guys (me included) that just purchased a 10x last year...i hate the idea of losing a channel with the spektrum 9 channel module. I know JR and Horizon want to make money...but this is a $1200 radio...that is nearly obsolete...JR needs to take care of their customers and allow full spektrum capability with the 10x..

I agree! I just purchased a 10X last year after Deep Sixing my 14MZ.

There will be no upgrades for the 10X. The Spektrum modules are the only way to operate the 10X with Spektrum technology.

No, as the 10X outputs 9 channels in FM (PPM) mode which is used by the Spektrum modules, so it is limited to 9 channels by the 10X system.
