I want to use the twin engine function on the 9303. The manual page A-15 reports that from the system menu "highlight and INH next to Mate under Twin E. A sub list is to appear (Gear Aux2 Flap Aux3

The sub list does not appear. What am I doing wrong. I have a flaperon wing set others on that screen are all set as inh.

Did you scroll over to the INH, highlight and click the scroll bar so it reads ACT ?

You will need to inhibit the channel you wish to use in device select before it will be available to use as a dual channel in the wing type menu.
