2 weeks ago, i sent one JR811, seven JR8611 servos and one RX 649 for inspection after a light crash. Horizon changed all the gears, pots and the RX antenna, replaced the 811 by new one and sent back the package to home FREE of charge in one week! That's what i call great customer service![sm=thumbup.gif] .

I can better that, 6 years ago, I had a jet explode in the air when the tailpipe collapsed. The whole mess came down in a fireball.

Every electronic on board was JR.

I sent everything in, and what I got back was all new in the box ready for my next jet, for about $110.00.

I have heard a bunch of radio claims over the years from other manufacturers. But I have never forgotten how good JR was to me. I have built around 20 jets for myself and customers over the past 5 years, and have always installed JR equipment.

I'm now 100% flying Spektrum, everything just keeps getting better from these guys.

I must say that I agree. I recently sent in a handful of 8611's, and got them back within 8 business days. ALL COMPLETELY UPDATED and IT DIDN'T COST ME A DIME (other than shipping to the factory).

just called today about my Saito 325 which had a stripped glow plug thread on one cylinder. Because the engine was in such good shape and within the warranty, they replaced the cylinder head and valve job for at no cost! Excellent service...thank you.
