I have a jr xp8103 that was purchased before the ccpm model came out[sm=red_smile.gif] . I was woundering if I could have thr TX updated so it would be ccpm compatable? I still enjoy using the radio(for my planes) but would like to get into helis without have to purchase another expensive Tx

I sent mine into horizon when they made the change
came back with the update
what got me was they added digitial trims less than a month after I bought my radio
right now I am waiting on a work bonus so I can get the new 9303
I will still use my 8103 for my park flyers

Yes, if you have an 8103 without CCPM you can send it in to have this added.

Does any one have an idea of the co$t to have an update? Would my money be better spent on a new tx???

cost me shipping
that was over 6 years ago
I do still enjoy my 8103
I would at least hang on to it as a back up

CCPM activation is done at no charge. If any other services are required however, it will be based on parts and labor required.
