Default Charging: Should I be concerned

I was charging up the radio and rx Battery with the wall charger in my basement when I got called away for an emergency. Dumb me forgot to turn off the charger and it kept charging for 5 days. I checked the operation and all seems ok. Radio and plane works fine in ground checks. Transmitter showed 11.2 volts when I first turned it on and is now back to 10.8 what it normally shows. Rx pack shows 4.9v. My question is should I worry bout the Rx and TX packs since they were charged for so long ?? Would this have hurt the capacity any ?

Radio JR662

Thanks.

It is possible that the cells may have vented, and this would reduce the capacity of the cells. You can cycle the batteries a few times and see if they return to normal operation, but it is possible that the cells are damaged.
