I have been considering purchasing the Spektrum plug in. If I use the Spektrum in my 9CAP will I be able to use a 9ch Spektrum receiver or is it limited to 8ch. Too many questions on the change over and don't know where to go to find the answers.

You can use the 9 channel receiver, but it is limited to 8 channels as that is the output of the Futaba system in PPM mode.
