Default slaving 2 brushless motor setup to aux 2 via mix?

hi all,

i have a 2 motor setup and want to know if i can use the JR 9X II's mix function to- rather than use a y cable, slave it to Aux2- or another channel, such as rudder for instance (the plane i have doesnt use rudder.

also, if i connect the ESCs to throttle and Aux 2, do i have to cut the power cables from one of them?

This is what im trying to do in more detail.

1. Setup 2 brushless motors from a single battery.
2. plug one ESC into throttle channel, the other into Aux 2- without cutting any wires.
3. use mix program 1 to have throttle as master and Aux2 as slave.

It doesnt appear to work.

Is it possible?

If so, how?

Thanks,

Tim

Default RE: slaving 2 brushless motor setup to aux 2 via mix?

[8D]Use Mix 5..this will allow the trim to effect both speed controls. OR
If it is simular to the 9303 then use the Twin E. function in the Wing Type menu...Mate INH..press down on INH....select AUX2...Trim INH press down to ACT..
That should do it..
