Re-connect time delay
I have just bought the specktrum module and matching 7000 receiver that goes in the back of the futaba (or in my case -ACE) radio. If I turn off the transmitter and turn it back on, it takes about 3 seconds to get the reconnect/ led on. Now this is a 7000 that has the data port on the back. I was under the impression that one of those (with the data port) got the new firmware that allowed a more or less instant reconnect?
So am I wrong, or is there an issue?
Thanks!

RE: Re-connect time delay
You have the situation backwards. The re-connect occurs if the receiver should drop below the threshold voltage momentarily. It should re-connect almost instantly if you cycle the receiver switch...normally the tx is not the component that looses power, or experiences a 'brown out'....
