Century 7 Single Stick system

My Centruy 7 SS has a module, NET-J72M which I understand from some of your other asnwers is a wide band unit.

My RX (327) is also wide band, with the black crystal.

Unfortunately for me, my preference is single stick and JR no longer has these available. So could you please let me know if the TX module is convertable to narrow band or is there perhaps a narrow band module that will work with it and is there a new narrow band 7 channel receiver (maybe the 700?) which will work with the transmitter?

Perhaps it's time to just trash the whole thing and relearn on Mode II?

Thanks for your help.

You can send the module in, most can be made narrow band, or simply purchase a new module, part number JRPTXM** where you replace the ** with the channel number you want it on. You can send the module in, and we could then verify if the module can be narrow banded or not, then let you know your options. Then you will need to purchase a new receiver, such as the R700. It may also be a good idea, if the system hasn't been checked out for some time, to send it in for a check up to ensure reliable operation.
