JR811 spline is stripped

I have a less than year old JR811 servo. I was hooking up control arm on the servo and while I was screwing in the screw that holds the arm on the spline stripped out.

Do I have to send the servo in for warranty work, and can JR send part directly to me or the hobby shop. If JR can't do that is there just a way for the hobby shop to order just the part, or do I need to order the hole gear set.

You can either send the servo in, or replace the gear. The gear set is available through your local hobby store or through consumer sales here at Horizon. The gear set is part number JRPSG8101.
