Default Thanks to Barry, Dirk and Chris

These guys were awesome helping me out at Jets over Kentucky. I just installed the new 210G serial number 011 in my Skygatehawk. I had a small problem on the first flight. I though the starter was staying engaged because the it was sluggish on take off. After I landed it didn't cool down. The starter appeared to be not working.

It was late and getting dark quick so by the time I found Barry and discussed the problem he asked me to pulled it out and they would check it out. As soon as I gave it to him and Dirk they tested it and it was ok. Went back to install it the next morning and could see the power leads were cut. This was were I pinch them in behind the FOD screen. Fix the connection and had a great 8 more flights.

That motor is a powerhouse! Thanks again Kingtech guys for all the help.

Jeff,

We are always happy to help out when ever we can. I just unpacked my 210 to install in my T-33 and looking forward to the new Big Block Horses!!! All I need now, are the new wheels with bearings from Fei Bao. My plane is like pushing a 50lb brick and hopefully the bearing wheels will help.

Good Flying,

Dirk

Update!!! What a engine. I just got back for another event. I am over 650 mins now and the only issue I have had is I have had to increase the start up fuel setting from 35 to 40 since it has gotten colder. It would be fine once it fired the first time and got some fuel and heat in the motor. Only did it on the first start up of the day. after the ajustment it fires right up the before the first flight now.

Still super smooth starts with no popping.

I LOVE my kingtechs...
