Default k180g slow startup

Hey guys, I'm at work right now so I can't give you any of my turbine settings. But due to the temperature falling I seems to notice my turbines taking longer to startup. What are some basic settings I can change that would speed up the start time?

Other than that my turbine runs great.

Thanks

Pump start point - auto +1
Pump start ramp - 003
glow plug power - 7.4v
low battery voltage - 7.0v
starter pwr at ign - 090
starter pwr at fuelramp - 180
rpm 100%starter power - 15000rpm
Rpm off starter - 19,000rpm
rpm to reconnect starter - 17,000rpm
rpm ignition k - 2000rpm
Pump pw ignition k - 017
engine min flow 080%
egt end preheat 68c
rpm preheat k - 4000rpm
rpm fuel ramp k - 8000rpm
preheat fuel - 012%
start mode - auto-kero

I was thinking of dropping g rpm preheat to 2000rpm and preheat fuel to 10-11%

Are you running Diesel?
Those numbers look pretty lean to me, you would want to richen it, particularly the ignition pump pw, preheat, pump start ramp., do no dial down preheat RPM.

By the way, start up slow isn't a bad think, as long as it's not flamy.

The recommended values are in the back of the manual. We would need the following information to further evaluate:

1) Serial number of engine (Temp probe may or may not need to be adjusted)
2) How long is long?
3) Did it at any stage "hang" (more than say 5 seconds without rising) at a temperature? If so, need to know the temperature that it hung.
4) Any low velocity or excessive flame to cause concern? if so, which stage?
