My pump is ZP30020SF on my 180g but I have flameout by fast downtrottle.
Pump Voltage is 65 at idle, is this abnormally high? Deacelration is 003.
Could it be the pump that cause flameout?
I must admit that I have lost faith in these turbines, they are sensitive to the oil and have unreliable pumps.I have Jetmunts and JetCat turbines they have never had a stop.

Your description of problem has nothing to do with this thread, nor the turbine itself. Having said that, I understand your frustration and you need not admit to anything. If you would like us to buy it back, contact me through email or phone.

I thought this thread was about bad KingTech pumps, which I suspect my pump is, but if u are not interested in answering me properly here, i can create a new thread. The problem is that the engine flameout by fast downtrottle, and that pump voltage on idle is above the value it should be on,as it was mentioned earlier in the thread.

My response was to accommodate to what seems to be your desire. You are welcome to make whatever thread you like, but none would help you if we do not have proper information to go by. If you intent is really to work with us and the engine, first make sure you have your engine registered. If you had it registered, let us know who you are and your engine's warranty status, so we could help you properly.

Viking contact Barry Direct. They are great people there and will help you get it right. I have 2 of the 180g models and the 210g. Have had a 100g and 80e. Only one flame out because I forgot to refuel
I have the same pump on all three of the big motors. No problems.

These are great Turbines.

...this thread is about the K210 and an issue that MAY exist with it's pump (in 5 to 10% of cases)...... now please try and be a reasonable person and allow Barry to assist you in his professional manner.

Hi Barry,

I registered on the site and have now been waiting for over 4 weeks for a replacement pump...would really like to maiden our Firebird but not willing to risk a flameout with a bad pump. My pump appears to be right on the border in the low 50's at idle.

When can we expect replacement pumps to ship out? I have not heard anything from you guys since my original request one month ago - getting a little frustrated here...

I emailed Vera this evening directly but have not heard back yet...please get back to me when you get a chance...

Thanks very much.

Is this Brian? We just got the pumps in, and Vera will be in touch with you shortly.

Anyone else also needs a pump, please get in touch with Vera ( [email protected] ) for replacement, thanks and sorry for the delay.

Regards,
Barry

Barry,

I have received a new pump from KMRC here in Australia. Can you tell if the solution is still to use the 180 pump (which is what I have been given).

Cheers,

Jan

180 pumps work great for the 210 and even 140 pumps work fine on the 210.
