word on the street a big block motor from kingtech is on the horizon... ooooo....

Or a small block K-80 (lighter) or a K-70 would be nice.

+1 for something around a k-30. I have a number of airframes that would work well with that sized turbine.

+2. Their missing a large market with a K-30 for use in scale edf airframes.

Dont have a firm time frame yet but I do know one is built and in testing already. Barry would be the man with the best info.

The factory is still working on the project. The first few prototype didn't quite make the targeted thrust. Latest version is being assembled and will be in testing soon.

Meanwhile, happy to report that our long waited 160 is soon available in a smaller can size than the 140 and lighter, recently being tested in the UK by RCJI with flying colors.
