Hi Mori
I've tested it a week ago, the new motor is the AVI28151F 64gr. 1350kv
http://www.avionic.dk/product_info.p...b146882f0812f8
and a APC 10x4.7 E prop, its fantastic 28 A Static current draw .Usage was 1915 mah on a 10 min flight with 1/2 to 3/4 gas , I'm using a cheap 11.1 v 2200mah pack. A little more than the old setup, but the plane was totally different . There was a much better acceleration and raw pull ,witch is good for a garden take off and then you're flying a few metres over the ground. Its also often windy there I live on the west-coast of Denmark in Scandinavia,so I've somtimes had truble getting the plane home aginst the wind.

Setup for the Lazy Bee:
3530-10 motor
32A ESC
TP 10x5E prop

Do you mean Lazer Works? They have both Big Bee and Lazy Bee
http://lazer-works.com/misc.html
They have the short kit, but they don't offer plans for any kit.[X(]

Do any of you guys fly with floats off snow? Do you need to fiberglass the floats for this?

I used to use the floats off the snow and yeah.....I did fiberglass the bottom of the floats. I simply used the fiberglass cloth and 2-part epoxy and they turned out awesome. I need to do another set for this winter!!!!

I've got a 40" lazy bee kit and was thinking a O.S. 20 four stroke or a HP VT 21 four stroke, any thoughts out there?

I have seen one fly on an FS20 and it was fine. The VT21 is a bit wimpier, and would probably fly it, but it may lack performance.
The OS .15 I flew mine with was more than enough power. It would loop and flip around like crazy once it got in the air. It was prone to ground loops with that big dihedral wing.
