Start at the main spar and you can't go wrong.

Go into the classic pattern forum and ask your question. I no longer have the plans for the plane on hand any longer. If all else fails then contact Blue Jay on line and ask them. They are still cutting the kit.

If he had the plans, he would see that the balance point is on the main spar.

I built and flew an Utter Chaos 60 for a couple of years. It was a bit faster than the original Kaos because of the Utter Chaos' streamlined nose. A great flying model.

yes, I thought the Balance Point was on the Spar, but since I discarded the Plans I just wanted to make sure.
