Could you forward the url for the list
At the top of this forum (the Kit Building Forum) there's a sticky post. It was mentioned earlier, topic is "Where have all the Kits gone?)

MinnFlyer made it stay at the top of the forum list, but I don't see that he compiled a list of the kit providers mentioned. In the first 75 posts (3 forum pages - and there are 20 pages or so) I found these manufacturers mentioned. Some are out of business now - it's an old post. Maybe someone will compile a more complete list.

These were mentioned by Scar but I thought I'd put in a comment. Bridi kits by Bluejay are just abouot the best value out there. Really great old school kits designed by Joe Bridi. Not that difficult to build but not nearly as much hand holding as Great Planes or Goldberg.

Correction to the above post by SCAR... re: post #75

    http://www.vanvan.us

Vanguard plans IS still in business. Vance Mosher passed away in 2011, however at his request, I have taken over the plans/parts/kit business and continuing with his designs. In addition to the kits on the web-site, there are two others:

a YAK-18 and a Westland Whirlwind. Both prototypes were under construction when he passed, but will be available soon.

Hmmm... odd how that cut & paste worked. Vanguard is mentioned in the first line, and the last.

Both contain "Goldberg (no longer in business)". At the top, on a second line, and in the mention a the end of the post, that reference appears on the same line as the Vanguard reference.

So, I should have just deleted the Goldberg reference, instead of annotating. And done some editing....

Glad to see you're carrying on with Vanguard kits.

    Best wishes,
    Dave Olson
