I made a quick run out to the airport today and got these shots. Over height of the logo is 8-3/8". I think my hand slipped just a tad when I took the close up pic. Hope this helps.

I would like to be in the club guys. I have a 20 year old Sig 1/6 scale cub. Man was that a kit for a then 15 year old to build. I'm getting ready to start building a Goldberg for the spring. Got a question for you guys. Will the Hangar 9 40 size cub gear fit the Goldberg? I would build in landing gear grooved blocks if it's the same width.
Thanks,
Thanks,

Mr Punk,
Take a look at post #91 in this link http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/arf-...er-moth-4.html.
It shows a pic of a custom landing gear I made for my 1/5 Cub. Having the springs working in compression is much better than using bungee or o-rings as it prevents the landing gear from completely pancaking.

Looks like it has one more leaf than the one in the kit, but very good tail wheel setup. I use it on my 4*120 as well. Has anyone used the Robarts gear for the 1/5th cub?
I did some more work on mine last night, the left wing is mostly assembled, at the step where the wing is removed and the under side built. It came out extremely light, may have to rethink my power plant for this, the OS 70 may be too much power for it now.

As I mentioned before here is a picture of my New Cub Logo that I designed for a few Builds. Gary over at Decal- it, did a fantastic job on these. From a concept idea to finished product it only took a few days and most of that was Time in the hands of the post office. Thanks again Gary.
