Default Coverall ? again

What's the correct iron temperature to tack down coverall on Stix-It? The coverall instructions don't say, the Stix-It can don't say and the little guide that came with the iron don't say and yes I did a search and irons and Coverall are mentioned together but not the proper temp.

It dose'nt take much to attach Koverall with Stiks It start somewhere around 250/275. Then go as high as 350/375 to shrink it- be careful you can warp things when you are shrinking it.
