Default servo size

I am installing a DLE 30 in my kit plane, would a futaba S3101 work for the throttle?

I only have one gasser, but most guys say you need something with metal gears.

Naw, I use standard servos on gasser throttles all the time

A standard servo is enough. You are only moving the throttle control whoch should move freely.
