Default AW or Carden Aircraft

I would like to get some professional type opinions on Aeroworks vs Carden Aircraft kits. I want to compare the Edge 540 33-35% kits. I want to use a DA 100 for power. This will be my first BIG kit. I have built Midwest 73" kits to date. Thanks-Jerry

Default AW vs Carden

Ive built several of each and Im finishing up a 40% Carden Edge right now. You wont go wrong with either. Aeroworks stuff tends to be lighter, more fragile, and easier to build. Carden is a little heavier, I think a little tougher and requires more from the builder. I fly and love both. You can see my planes at either companys galleries or on my web site/waltsuz.com. If it were me I would go with a 35% Carden 540 hands down. A DA-100 in this plane is the ticket. Just my opinion, good luck, walt
