Preliminary calculations show that the set of MIG-29-3000mm is a 3 pack 650x650x200mm.
Here the 1/6 of model. Soon cutting.

Cut 1/6 model.
Footage 1/6 model was 74 meters. You can already estimate.
X 6 sheets (approx) = 444 meters of cut, almost - 25 hours of cutting.
And it is only when the СNC.
Plus, remove and put forth. Issued in 30 hours.

Master model 3 meters.
First let's try scaling the model with 1 mm increments in the lower side of 3000mm.
The minimum acceptable size, in this approach, will be 1400-1500mm in length.
As a result, approximation of the layer is reduced, which has a positive effect on the accuracy
production model, but it increases the build time model.

At present, prepared 4 sheets of 6.
1. 74.12 m 136 items
2. 69.79 m 112 items
3. 64,01 m 134 items
4. 62.8 m 120 items
5.

Thus we already have 270.72 m cutting CNC and 502 parts and more than 15 hours of CNC.
Under test (case) assembly looking for a room with a ceiling height of 3.8-4m.
Watch for updates.
