Default Looking for 1/4 scale Fokker D-VII cockpit kit

When I was at Warbirds Over The Rockies this year I picked up a 1/4 scale Fokker D-VII from Balsa USA who had their trailer at the event. I didn't have any plans to start on it anytime soon and was going to put the kit on the shelf and build it later on down the road. On the drive home I started thinking about it more and more, and then getting home and starting the research on it I decided this plane would go to the front of the line and I would make it my winter project this year. Looking around here on RCU I saw several build threads using the Glenn Torrence Models cockpit kit for a 1/4 scale D-VII. Unfortunately a call to Glenn verified that he is no longer producing his "mini-kits" and is going to concentrate on his full kit planes he's producing. I appreciate his wanting to do that from business standpoint, but that still leaves me wanting for a cockpit kit for my plane.

Does anybody know of other manufacturers that put out a cockpit kit for this plane? I know Proctor models has a partial kit available (and I'm getting the dummy engine kit from them as well), but from what I saw on their pricing sheet I didn't see a full cockpit kit. Arizona Models has partials kits with the gauges, but not a full kit as well. Even Iflytaillies.com has instruments available, but once again not a full kit. So guys, help me out here. What are my options.

Also, if anybody is sitting on one of GTM's 1/4 scale D-VII cockpit kit that they can let go of, shoot me a PM and maybe we can make a deal.

Thanks in advance guys

Ken

I had seen that one, but from what I can tell it doesn't include the rudder controls or the control stick either.

Waconut has a GTM cockpit kit that he's sending my way. Gotta say I love RCU and the community here. Thanks again for helping out guys!!!

Why not email them and ask about any thing you do not see?

There is a link on that page to the instructions for that kit. It shows that the kit only contains part of the cockpit. I would probably give them a call and see if they had anything else that would take care of what I need had I not found a GTM cockpit kit.
