is the aifoil on the 4*20 the same as the 60 just scaled down?

I do not know the answer to your question but at least you will know that some participant is responding after six days of no reply.

One thing that I can tell you is that airfoils are becoming less and less important when models are powered with engines and propellers that provide as much thrust as the weight of the model.

From the plans, the only difference that I can detect is the notches for the secondary spars on the Four Star 60. The 20EP airfoil measures 9" x 1-5/16", incl flaps, and the 4Star60 measures 13-1/4" x 1-15/16". Both airfoils have a thickness of 14.6% of chord. They appear to be identical.
